Fall Fitness Testing

The CT STATE FITNESS TEST will be administered during October/November.  There are 4 parts to the test:  mile run, push-ups, sit-ups, and flexibility.  We will do our best to give notice to prepare for the mile run.

Suggestions to prepare for the mile run:

Eat a well-balanced dinner the night before.

Get a good night’s sleep.

Eat a healthy breakfast.

Hydrate the day before and the day of the mile run.

Bring a water bottle to PE class the day of the mile

Bring inhaler to class (as needed)

DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR SNEAKERS & PE CLOTHES!
