| Students have been creating a variety of ceramic forms through handbuilding, throwing on the wheel and use of the extruder. They have used both underglazes and high fire glazes in their works. | ||
An interdisciplinary project is underway with Mrs. Werstler's Spanish Class and both Ceramics /Crafts and Adv.Drawing classes. Students will design and decorate sculpey figures and sculls that are based on the holiday, 'Dia de los Muertos" that will be put in their offrenda |

| We wll begin the Empty Bowl Project in this class and other classes in November. The focus this year will be on bowls and creative mugs for the containment of soups. | ||
