LetterGrade is the software Parish Hill teachers are using to track the progress of their students.  It is an online web-based software program that provides connection from homes to our school allowing parents/guardians to view the educational progress of their child in each class.

As an attempt to better communicate with families, in particular when it involves the progress of students, we believe the LetterGrade connection will help further the goal.

To log in to LetterGrade from your computer at home first launch Internet Explorer. On the address line type HTTP://lettergrade.parishhill.org

On the first screen click on the message:  Parents and Students: Please click here for important login instructions and tips

Type the Username (your telephone number with area code, no spaces) and your password.

Each family has a unique password and will be able to access all of their children's academic information in their family with the same login user name and password.  Please be aware that this is an online grade book for teachers.  Grades on the progress report for assignments, projects, tests and quizzes may not always be available immediately.  Teacher response times will vary in their recording of data and may require a reasonable amount of time to grade assignments before entering the grades.  Assignments are usually entered as they are assigned to students.
